Love & Stitches

We are a welcoming group of all skill levels who enjoy crocheting, knitting, and sewing. Whether you are an experienced crafter or would like to learn how to crochet, there is a place for you! Our group is open to everyone, and we welcome new ideas and new members.

Some members enjoy gathering together in person, while others prefer to work on projects at home. We believe in creating an inclusive community where everyone can participate in a way that works for them.

We meet on the first Tuesday of each month at 5:30 PM in Community Room A.
Some of our favorite projects include making and delivering hats to schools in our community and creating sensory worms for the Back to School Bash.
Most importantly, each item we make is prayed over as it is being created, asking God to bless and encourage the person who receives it.

Our Goal

To make hats, scarves, headbands, blankets, lap blankets and more for those in need and to bless people in our community and our congregation.

Supporting Bible Verses

1 Peter 4:10    Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms.
1 John 3:17        If anyone has material possessions and sees a brother or sister in need but has no pity on them, how can the love of God be in that person?
